Meet the People Behind Noble Excavating
Chris Bache began working full time with Noble Excavating in 2008 as a construction manager. He brings 15+ years’ experience in all phases of the construction industry. Chris has worked with a multitude of clients in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes estimating projects and managing large crews in a variety of construction environments. He is backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions.
Eric is a construction manager with 15 years’ experience in all sectors of the construction industry. He has worked with the USFS, BNSF, FAA, MDT, FHA and other various private clients. Experience includes managing crews of up to 20 in a variety of projects. Eric has successfully supervised and managed a large array of projects since 2006. Projects Include reconstruction of the terminal ramp at Spokane International Airport, large diameter horizontal bores for WSDOT, multiple highway construction projects for the Montana Department of transportation, various site work projects for new building construction, mine reclamations, various projects for BNSF, utility jobs, and road work for the USFS.
Jason has 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, 12 of which are with Noble Excavating. He has been the shop manager for 10 of those years. Self-taught with strong will to constantly better his skills, Jason finds great pride in keeping Noble Excavating's fleet running smoothly. He also fills in as needed in equipment operating, truck driving, and supervisory roles.
Zach has 13 years of experience and success in the on-site management of a variety of projects, including USFS, road construction, utility, infrastructure, water, sewer, railroad construction and emergency response projects. Experience includes managing large crews on various water and sewer improvements, USFS road and stream rehabilitation, precision rail-switch installation with BNSF as-well-as road restoration for FHA. Backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions.
Frank is a superintendent with 9 years of experience in the construction industry, and 10 years in the logging industry. He has worked with the FHA, BNSF, USFS and a multitude of other private clients. Experience includes leading crews on a variety of projects including mass excavation, highway construction, boring and large culvert replacements. Backed by strong safety and work ethics, leadership skills, and years of industry experience, Frank possess the ability to complete large-scale excavation and construction projects in a safe, cost effective, and timely manner.
Matt has been a part of the Noble Excavating team for 13 years. During his time with the company he has excelled in various roles, including, laboring, equipment operating and supervising. He has recently been promoted to Superintendent! Matt has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from utility work, USFS, Highway construction and rail road emergency response. He has an excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of the excavation and construction industry. Matt also holds a certificate in Applied Fluvial Geomorphology.
Levi is the newest addition to the Noble Excavating team! He brings with him a catalog of knowledge in heavy highway construction having worked on highway projects ranging from 1 to 27 million dollars. He has been in lead management for two years, but has been heavily involved in all aspects of the heavy highway construction trade for the past 10 years. Levi also brings with him an extensive knowledge of Trimble GPS equipment and software. He is familiar with water, storm, sewer and mass grading as well.
